You should be looking for “4.2.3.1 Create IDN domain” at page 31 in the provided Technical Documentation in order to find the proper EPP request “Create with extension” to be used for creation of an IDN domain.

We will launch the IDN languages in production on 22nd of May 2017 10:00 UTC, allowing you a 90 days testing window.
