In order to streamline the .cam registry activity, AC Webconnecting Holding BV has decided to enter into an assignment and assumption agreement with CAM Connecting SarL.
The Assignment and Assumption Agreement has been entered into as of February 9, 2021, date from which the Asignee undertakes to maintain the COI for operations of the .CAM gtld, on behalf of
AC Webconnecting Holding BV and for benefit of ICANN.
